There is a wide variety of accommodation options on Thong Nai Pan Noi and Thong Nai Pan Yai beaches.

The budget operations are Sandee Bungalow, Tapan Noi, Otto Bungalows, Paradise Bungalows and Pen's Bungalows. However, every year more and more of the basic bungalows without toilets are knocked down and replaced with more expensive bungalows with better amenities.

There are plenty of mid-range options such as Thong Tapan Resort, Baan Panburi Village, Star Huts, Dreamland Resort, Dolphin Bungalows and Central Cottage.

There are hotel style rooms available at Panviman in Thong Nai Pan Noi and Havana Resort in Thong Nai Pan Yai.. There are also luxury bungalows with private pools and jacuzzis at Panviman and Santhiya Resort. However, the most expensive place to stay is the newly opened Ra Sa Na Da which offers beach front 2-storey villas with private pools and salas.

Over the past 5 or so years the focus of Thong Nai Pan has moved away from providing cheap places for backpackers to providing more 'up-market' accommodation suitable for people only visiting for a few days. Thong Nai Pan Noi was also becoming a party beach with regular late night parties at the Jungle Bar and The Hideaway Bar, but very recently the police have imposed a 2am drinks curfew. This is good news because the residents at Sandee Bungalow as well as the locals in the village are no longer deprived of a night's sleep twice a week.

The new devlopments have also brought improvements in amenities and facilities. Not least of which is a better road in Thong Nai Pan Noi. It is also expected that the treacherous stretch of road between Baan Tai and Thong Nai Pan will also soon be fully concreted.

It is hoped that with sensible management the Thong Nai Pan area will maintain its laid back, friendly atmosphere while at the same time modernising with a minimal impact to the environment.
