Soon to be available for rental is Sunrise Villa in Thong Nai Pan Noi. It is a luxury, 3 bedroom house with kitchen, lounge and dining area. Each bedroom has air-con, an ensuite bathroom and built in wardrobes. The lounge has folding glass doors which lead out to a spacious covered wrap around balcony. It is a hillside villa set in an extensive turfed garden. The sea views from the balcony, lounge and master bedroom are spectacular. The master bedroom upstairs also has incredible sea views.

Sunrise Villa is located on a hill behind the Phuwadee Resort, approximately 800 metres from the beach. There is full road access and a parking area.

Sunrise Villa is due to be ready for rental January 2011. Special introductory prices for a week's rental will start at 15,000 THB. Car rental and transfers to and from the port can be arranged. Also in-house catering, private boat tours, in-house spa treatments and private scuba diving courses will be available to those renting out Sunrise Villa. The rental price will include a maid service three times a week and all utility bills.
